Through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs, you’ll be guided into a meditative state where the body relaxes, mind can quiets, and energetic blocks can begin to dissolve. These sounds work at a cellular level to help restore balance across your physical, emotional, and energetic systems.

No experience is needed. Simply arrive, get comfortable, and let the sound do the work.

This is a cozy and intimate indoor gathering. A mat, blanket, and eye mask will be provided for your comfort. Just bring yourself, your breath, and an open heart.
