Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction, relaxation, and energetic healing. During your session, universal life force energy is channeled through the practitioner’s hands to support the body’s natural healing processes, clear energetic blockages, and restore emotional, physical, and spiritual balance.

Through light touch (or hands just above the body), Reiki helps calm the nervous system, promote deep relaxation, and create space for healing on all levels. Reiki is suitable for everyone and complements other treatments and wellness practices, nurturing a sense of peace, clarity, and alignment within.

Sound healing uses the vibrations of instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to restore balance and support holistic well-being.
This ancient practice, now supported by modern research, reduces anxiety, lowers stress, calms the nervous system, and helps boost the immune system.

By harmonizing the body’s natural frequencies, sound therapy creates space for deep physical, emotional, and energetic healing. During your session, you’ll be immersed in soothing sound waves that gently guide you into a meditative, restorative state — helping you release tension, reconnect with yourself, and realign your energy.

Animal Reiki is a specialized form of energy healing, distinct from traditional human Reiki. This practice is specifically tailored to the needs and sensitivities of all species of animals. As a certified practitioner from The International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT), I have been attuned to channel Animal Reiki energy to all species of animals. Animals are deeply sensitive to energy and often respond quickly and positively to Reiki. 

During an in-person session, I work quietly and respectfully within your animal’s comfort level, allowing them full agency to receive as much or as little as they choose. This can be done through hands-on or hands-off while your animal moves naturally in their space. Safety, consent and observation guide the experience.
